{"id":40,"date":"2013-12-19T19:30:31","date_gmt":"2013-12-19T18:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.integralegeneeskunst.nl\/ge-kanker\/?page_id=40"},"modified":"2014-02-23T11:03:54","modified_gmt":"2014-02-23T10:03:54","slug":"zieke-grappen","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.paradijs.org\/integralegeneeskunst\/overzicht\/leerboeken\/gekanker\/tekst-uitleg\/informatie\/zieke-grappen\/","title":{"rendered":"Zieke Grappen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Humor als Medicijn<\/h1>\n<p>Readers Digest had lang geleden al een rubriek met deze titel.<br \/>\nHumor is een manier om je (zelf)beleving te kunnen overstijgen.<br \/>\nMet humor, grappen, bekijkt je iets weer vanaf een andere kant.<br \/>\nDaardoor leer je weer om je beleving vanuit nieuwe perspectieven te bekijken.<\/p>\n<p>Vaak is dat het enige wat nodig is om niet langer vast te zitten in een geloof\/overtuiging\/probleem\/ziekte.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.integralegeneeskunst.org\/ge.kanker\/html\/norman_cousins.html\">Norman Cousins<\/a> lachte zich weer gezond door in een hotelkamer &#8211; buiten het zieke(n)huis lachfilm te bekijken.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGezwellige morgen allemaal\u201d riep de oncoloog bij het binnenlopen van de kankerzaal voor de ochtendronde.<br \/>\n\u201cDat is niet grappig\u201d, riep iemand terug<br \/>\n\u201cAch\u201d, riep de oncoloog terug, \u201cje hebt geen gevoel voor tumor\u201d.<br \/>\nDe grap van deze grap is dat je voor kankerbehandeling &#8230; <em>niet<\/em> bij de oncoloog moet zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Doctors PRACTICE (!!)\u00a0 medicine:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Webster\u2019s Dictionary [1996 pg. 482]<\/strong> defines<\/p>\n<p><strong>Practice &#8211; v<\/strong><br \/>\n1) to do or engage infrequently; make a habit of<br \/>\n2) to do repeatedly so as to become proficient<br \/>\n3) to work at, esp. as a profession<br \/>\n4) to do something repeatedly so as to become proficient; drill<br \/>\n5) Chiefly Brit., etc. sp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prac\u2019tise \u2013 n,<\/strong><br \/>\n1) a practicing; habit, custom, etc.<br \/>\n2) a) repeated action to acquire proficiency<br \/>\nb) proficiency so acquired<br \/>\n3) the actual doing of something<br \/>\na) the exercise of a profession<br \/>\nb) a business based on this.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Makes you feel good to know they practice????\u00a0 ON YOU &amp; Others like you!<br \/>\nQuestion: How good is the practice, and are they CORRECTLY Practicing?<br \/>\n\u201cCorrectly\u201d is the key and I will present the argument that they are NOT CORRECT!, as displayed in the lack of successes in curing anything.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cCURE\u201d (Webster Dictionary [p. 146]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) cure is; a healing or being healed<br \/>\n2) a remedy<br \/>\n3) a method of medical treatment \u2013vt.<br \/>\n4) Cured,<\/p>\n<p>1) Cu\u2019ring<br \/>\n2) to restore to health<br \/>\n3) to get rid of [an ailment, evil, etc.]<br \/>\na] to preserve [meat], as by salting or smoking<br \/>\nb] to process [tobacco, leather, etc. as by drying or aging&#8211;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Doctors versus Gun owners<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Doctors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000.<br \/>\n2) Accidental deaths caused by Physicians per year are 120,000.<br \/>\n3) Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171.<br \/>\nStatistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services.<\/p>\n<p>Now think about this:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gun owners:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1) The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000.(Yes, that&#8217;s 80 million)<br \/>\n2) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is: 1,500.<br \/>\n3) The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is 000188.<br \/>\nStatistics courtesy of FBI<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">So, statistically, doctors are approximately<br \/>\n9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.<br \/>\nRemember:<br \/>\n&#8220;Guns don&#8217;t kill people, doctors do.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN,<br \/>\nBUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE DOCTOR.<\/p>\n<p>Please alert your friends to this alarming threat.<br \/>\nWe must ban doctors before this gets completely out of hand!<br \/>\nOut of concern for the public at large, I withheld the statistics on lawyers for fear the shock would cause people to panic and seek medical attention!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Humor als Medicijn Readers Digest had lang geleden al een rubriek met deze titel.
